Graffiti

Art or vandalism?

I´m going to talk about graffiti.
I think graffiti is art because it´s a way of expressing oneself.
At the same time some paintings are vandalism, for example if they´re painted on private walls or at historical zones; there, graffiti is vandalism!

In Porriño, at Cando street there is a graffiti artists concentration.

In my opinion, good graffiti are wonderful works of art. There are graffiti that can be vandalism, but because they are poorly made. The graffiti are very ugly to see painted on the walls. In porriño, every year there is a festival of graffiti at Cando street.

My picture is one of those graffiti last year.

Well.. I'm going to study as tomorrow I have an exam :(

GRAFFITI

I prefer the Winston's idea, because his graffiti is cooler, and the other graffiti is so ridiculous.

I think graffiti is art, because it is a way to explain what you think. But it could also be a way to hang out, and a step to leave your "footprint". Although in some casesit may become vandalism because graffiti is also a way of "provoking" with drawings or phrases that may offend.
But in general I think graffiti is a form of art and it is really cool.

I've never painted any graffiti but I would like to make one.

Short story

When I got home yesterday I found that the dog had slept on my bed.
I told mum and she went to my bedroom.
When she saw it, she shouted but the dog didn't leave the bed. It's very comfortable.
This is a true history.

Madrid

On April 18th I went to Madrid with the conservatory because we had a concert. We spent three days there.
It was the best journey.
We travelled by bus.
We had the concert on Friday.
On Saturday, we went to the Warner Bros park and to the cinema to see a film called " Retratos del más allá". It was very frightening.
I went home on Sunday.

Teen problems

It is not always easy for teenagers and their parents to get on well together because teenagers want to have more freedom.
On the one hand, some parents want to know what their sons are doing and it's very stressful because they're calling them all day long. It's a typical problem in relationships (parents/children).
On the other hand, some children are too liberal. It's a problem because sometimes, the children take drugs and smoke, because there isn't a good communication.
In my opinion, if parents want to have a good relationship with their children, they should talk to them.

Tatoos, piercings, rastas, earrings...

I'm going to talk about tatoos, piercings...
Some ppeople decorate their bodies and it's very strange if they want to look like an animal. In my opinion, I like small tatoos because the big ones are too ugly.
Some people have piercings and earrings. This is beautiful if you don't have too many. I like this body decoration. But I don't like people who have rastas.

I'm going to talk about "Piercing & Tattoos"

I think there are very interesting and sometimes ugly tatoos. Yes, they can be very very ugly but they can be ugly because the person who wears it wants it!

There are very different kinds of tatoos: little and pretty ones and enormous and sometimes ugly tatoos ;there can also be enormous but pretty tatoos! it depends.

As for piercing...I love all kinds of piercing!!but if they are in "strange" parts of the body I think they can be very UGLY!can't they?

My favourite kind of piercing is one which you can put on your mouth but not in the middle...(LL).

Piercings, tattooes, ... do you like them??

Well, surfing the Internet I found these photos, do you like them?

These are different ways of decorating your body. I haven't any tattoo but I would like to have a little one on my wrist, a little star. Do you know Sergio Alcover (FAMA)? he has his arms completely tattooed, I love him!!

In some cultures having a "piercing" is something very normal and sometimes it's an obligation. They have little plates in their ears!!


Well, this was my little essay (I've learnt the vocabulary!)

Body decoration

I like this week's issue, because I like piercings and tattoos.
I guess tattoos are used to explain what people think, like an expression fashion. piercings are simply body decoration.
This summer I'm going to have one, like the one in this photo, on the upper part of the nose.
